Top Virtual Pet Apps on iOS in Central America, Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, virtual pet apps on the iOS platform showed varied performance trends across Central America. These insights are based on data from Sensor Tower.

My Talking Tom experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $198 in the final week of September. Weekly downloads saw fluctuations, initially increasing to around 7K in early August before dropping to about 5.9K by the end of the quarter. The app's weekly active users gradually declined from 138K in early July to 127K by the end of September.

My Talking Tom 2 showed a strong revenue performance with a peak of $196 in mid-September. Downloads surged in late July to over 9K but settled around 5.2K by the quarter's end. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 85K to 94K throughout the quarter.

My Talking Angela maintained a consistent revenue stream, with weekly figures ranging between $61 and $89. Downloads showed an upward trend, peaking at 5.2K in mid-August before ending the quarter at 4.3K. Active users saw a slight decline, from 39K in early July to 38K by the end of September.

My Talking Angela 2 experienced a decrease in revenue from $291 in early July to $141 by the end of September. Downloads increased in mid-August, reaching 5.7K, before stabilizing around 3.7K. Active users generally declined, starting at 22K and ending the quarter at 17.5K.

Finally, My Talking Tom Friends had a mixed revenue performance, with a peak of $393 in early July and a dip to $162 by late September. Downloads remained relatively steady, with a slight drop from 3.8K in late July to 2.7K by the end of the quarter. Active users also showed a gradual decrease from 50K to 45K over the same period.
